Transformers War for Cybertron Wallpapers (1920 x 1080 pixels)

I have Transformers wallpapers on this site for G1 Transformers and movie Transformers, but here comes the War for Cybertron video game Transformers wallpapers! These wallpapers are 1920 x 1080 pixels in size, but other sizes are to come.

Transformers 3 Dark of the Moon Wallpapers (1920 x 1080 pixels)

There haven’t been a lot of Transformers 3: Dark of the Moon graphics yet available to make wallpapers, especially all the other characters besides Optimus Prime, Bumblebee and Shockwave. However, here’s what I’ve been able to find and enhance for wallpapers (as well as remove annoying corporate logos). When I get more, I will add to the collection.

Star Trek 1920×1080 Widescreen Wallpapers (TOS, TNG, DS9, Voyager, Movies)

I recently got a 1920×1080 pixel monitor and wanted some Star Trek wallpapers for it. That was when I found out there weren’t all that many of any decent quality. Even the latest movie wallpapers only had them for 1920×1200 pixels, not 1080 pixels high that is so popular these days. How did they neglect that? Anyway, wanting more Star Trek wallpapers for my own use, I went hunting for some nice graphics from which to make the wallpapers you see below. All have been touched up to some extent by me, whether by cropping, resizing, reducing noise, increasing contrast, etc.

There are over 100 wallpapers here so if you have trouble deciding, I hope you’ll come back to pick a different one every now and then.

If you’re using Windows XP, you can learn how to create your own customized Windows XP screen saver with instructions via this link.

I also have instructions for how to use Windows 7′s nice rotating background feature to rotate many of these wallpapers on your computer if you didn’t know how to enable it.

Those I found I have modified in some way, often resizing and removing annoying fine print, though I have left names and/or links of original work. The quality and variety are terrific. Even if you didn’t care to have Transformer wallpapers, if you are a fan, many of these are definitely worth the click for full-sized look!

There are LOTS of NFL player wallpapers, but relatively few with the team logos. Even the team websites often did not have them, and not in many sizes! As a designer, I love logos and colour schemes of sports teams and so I compiled this collection.

I did not create these wallpapers, for the most part, except for some I made from graphics I found online. I did adjust many of the wallpapers for more richness in colour, took out advertising and especially adapted many to their sizes here since most were not of this size.
