Does anybody currently make piñatas of hated dictators like Hosni Mubarak and Muammar al-Gaddafi?
Piñatas are brightly-colored decorations made from a cardboard shape covered with papier-mâché, in case you don’t know what one is. Inside are candies or little gifts which children can get by beating the piñata with a big stick until the piñata breaks open, usually while blind-folded. Each kid takes his/her turn until the piñatas is completely opened up and nothing remains inside.
It’s something I imagine a lot of people like to do to those dictators!
I bet it’d be a popular product, these dictatorial piñatas, if someone made it. The company can then change the dictator piñatas avaialble as each dictator gets his due to be overthrown to keep their audience interested and keep their sales high!
Now, I know a lot of people will be repulsed by the idea of beating a human piñata. However, what have stars, donkeys, Hello Kitty, or other popular piñata shapes have done to you that you have to beat them?
You might as well teach your kids some justice to beat on a piñata of someone who deserves it! Not to mention leaving them an indelible memory about what happens to people who are so mean to others! They’ll never have learned such a valuable life lesson in their games as this one!
So who’s going to take up this idea? >:-)
