If you were a runner, you should stop reading this and just accept my apology for having planted the thought in your head. It’s a terrible thought to have on your mind while you’re running, and even if you were not, so please try to get it out as soon as you can. However, it’s an interesting way to look at one aspect of one’s running, the cost of running shoes per km or per mile ran from what you paid for them, and what you got out of them if you tracked it (or have something like a Garmin and Strava app track it for you). You can get the final answer in the end, but probably an estimate from experience and/or history if you’ve been running for long. It’s an interesting thought, but not a pleasant one if every time your Garmin or fitness watch buzzes or beeps for a km or mile, you’re basically putting money in a toll machine based on your calculation!

Ch-ch-ch-ch-changes (Part 1 of 3)
I’m constantly changing things in my life, usually for a good reason rather than a random one, or just randomly. it not only keeps things interesting with new things to try, but fun, and good for the mindset. Every now and then, though, I seem to change something that sets off a bunch of other changes like a chain reaction, albeit one I didn’t see coming. I’m in the middle of one now, and it is going something like this… because I’m in the middle of it. Here’s part 1 of 3 to keep things at a manageable length.
My New Winged Running Shoes
I need to be faster this summer to be racing the buses in Halifax, so I enhanced my next pair of running shoes with a little customization to help my cause. 🙂
That is silver duct tape used, which pretty much means it ain’t gonna be going anywhere! 🙂
A Practical Fashion Picture Dictionary Using Infographics
What’s your fashion vocabulary like? Mine’s not very big, relatively speaking, and especially for someone who makes clothes. I know the basic garment types and so on, but terminology like types of neck lines, skirts, tops and so on, I’m very short on. I know a lot of what generally exists out there, but not by name for the most part. So one of the things I had on my 2015 To Do List was to expand my fashion vocabulary.
My All-black Adi Zero Light Boston Running Shoes
Here’s a little trick to get your dark running shoes black, or your black running shoes blacker, if you like the look of black shoes on your feet without all that razz-ma-tazz also on them. Keeps them from getting much dirtier in appearance, at least!
