I’m constantly changing things in my life, usually for a good reason rather than a random one, or just randomly. it not only keeps things interesting with new things to try, but fun, and good for the mindset. Every now and then, though, I seem to change something that sets off a bunch of other changes like a chain reaction, albeit one I didn’t see coming. I’m in the middle of one now, and it is going something like this… because I’m in the middle of it. Here’s part 1 of 3 to keep things at a manageable length.
I need to be faster this summer to be racing the buses in Halifax, so I enhanced my next pair of running shoes with a little customization to help my cause. 🙂
That is silver duct tape used, which pretty much means it ain’t gonna be going anywhere! 🙂
What’s your fashion vocabulary like? Mine’s not very big, relatively speaking, and especially for someone who makes clothes. I know the basic garment types and so on, but terminology like types of neck lines, skirts, tops and so on, I’m very short on. I know a lot of what generally exists out there, but not by name for the most part. So one of the things I had on my 2015 To Do List was to expand my fashion vocabulary.
Here’s a little trick to get your dark running shoes black, or your black running shoes blacker, if you like the look of black shoes on your feet without all that razz-ma-tazz also on them. Keeps them from getting much dirtier in appearance, at least!
