BAT Pillowcases

January 3, 2017January 4, 2017Digital Citizen Leave a comment

It’s been almost 4 years since I’ve made pillowcases, but I just enjoyed the thought of laying my head down into a pasture with cows so much at night I didn’t want to give it up!

The AIRO Logo

October 15, 2016October 16, 2016Digital Citizen Leave a comment

This is the logo of my Artificially Intelligence Robots Order (AIRO).

The #Transformers font was stylized to embed 3 arrows, some more subtle than others.

The arrows point in all directions but down for a several symbolic purposes.

The width to height ratio is that of the Golden Ratio.

I had such high hopes and good intentions for this project. Then I overdid things and got a marginally acceptable garment… for now.

77 Star Trek Facebook Timeline Cover Photos

September 26, 2012Digital Citizen Leave a comment

Below are 77 Star Trek Facebook Timeline Cover Photos. They were made from my collection of Star Trek wallpapers for various monitor sizes, mostly involving star ships rather than characters. Not all those wallpapers were suitable for the elongated Facebook Timeline Cover photo format so only some are here, but most of them worked. These are 1700 x 630 pixels, or twice as long and wide as Facebook says is necessary, in order to make sure they display well on widescreen monitors. To get the graphics for your use: Continue reading →

My First Renderings with Rhino 3D for 3D Printing

September 11, 2012September 11, 2012Digital Citizen Leave a comment

A few months ago, I first heard of 3D printers that were “affordable”. That is, in the couple of thousand dollar range and that someone I knew had one, a Makerbot Replicator. These are my first renderings, a Klingon logo Christmas ornament I would just spray paint chrome to hang from a tree. I plan to have more complicated renderings, eventually leading to armor costumes, in the next 12 months or so.
