Quinoa pho? Yup!
I’m challenged to find ways to eat quinoa, which I want to eat more of. This is my latest concoction, and it’s good! It’s also one of my global food dishes:
- Vietnamese Pho soup base from Asian Home Gourmet
- Quinoa from South America steamed separately and added to soup base
- Yu choi from China (biologically)
- Grape tomatoes from Mexico
- White mushrooms from Canada
- French vinaigrette spice
