This is easy to make. It’s delicious and it’s healthy! You can cut up the mini-cucumber while you toast the bread! Try it!

    I haven’t tried it yet but I will. I like to eat marmite and salad cream on toasted bread not sure if you know what they are but I love the contrast in flavours!

      Sounds great! Contrasting flavours is the basis of Vietnamese cuisine that is my root and favourite food. This sandwich is anything but Vietnamese, though, of course.
