Songs Newly Heard Which I Like β Sha La La (Makes Me Happy) by Al Green
PRESS PLAY AND READ
This second entry in 2014 for songs I heard for the first time that I like a lot isΒ Sha La La (Makes Me Happy) by Al Green.
Why do I like it? Just the groove it has, I would say. Appropriate with it being a 70s song from 1974. And that’s about it, to be honest. But it was groovy enough for me to add it to my list. π
I hope you like it, too!
Japanese Human Anime and Manga Facebook Picture Tagging Memes
I did not create these, but I got them on Facebook and cannot determine their creators on the Net so I don’t have links to their sources. I did touch them up to give more contrast, line-up a few things, remove advertisements from sites which stole them and advertised themselves on them, and so on. These are better than their originals. As for theme, these are Japanese anime and manga posters, but those with humans in them rather than other creatures.

- Bleach or BurΔ«chi (γγͺγΌγ)
- Final Fantasy or Fainaru FantajΔ« (γγ‘γ€γγ«γγ‘γ³γΏγΈγΌ)
- Merubura (γ‘γ«γγ© ), sometimes known as Melty Blood (γ‘γ«γγ£γγ©γγ Meruti Buraddo)
- Street Fighters or SF (γΉγγͺγΌγγγ‘γ€γΏγΌ SutorΔ«to FaitΔ)
- Tekken or Iron Fist (ιζ³)
The first is Bleach or BurΔ«chi(γγͺγΌγ).
The second is Final Fantasy or Fainaru FantajΔ« (γγ‘γ€γγ«γγ‘γ³γΏγΈγΌ. I’ll let you figure out what it’s about if you don’t know and/or can’t guess. π )
The third is a Merubura (γ‘γ«γγ© ) set that is sometimes known in English as Melty Blood, as per the Wikipedia entry (γ‘γ«γγ£γγ©γγ , is a Meruti Buraddo)visual novel and fighting game, co-developed by dΕjin circles Type-Moon and French-Bread, originally released at Comiket on December 2002. That English name somehow just seems like a very poor translation.
The fourth is the Street Fighter or SF (γΉγγͺγΌγγγ‘γ€γΏγΌ set. Guess what it’s about? Of course, I should mention there are Japanese themes not about fighting and war, like the ever gentle Hello Kitty. SutorΔ«to FaitΔ)
The final one is a Tekken or Iron Fist (ιζ³) set. It, too, is a fighting video game.
