I do some fashion design and custom fitting sewing. From what I have learned of bra fitting and sewing, I have compiled this one page checklist of fitting features a bra buyer should check for in searching for bras that fit properly. Resources that have photos which could better explain how to fit bras in various places are linked in the PDF below.
There are enough artificial intelligence (AI) robots being designed these days that within a few years, you’ll probably not be far from one at many times in your lives, especially if you live in a city. Some of these robots elicit a positive reaction from people. Others, not so much. Some of this is due to what they do, but a lot of it is due to what they look like. Yes, we’re humans. We judge a lot of things, or form a lot of our judgement of things, including people, unfortunately, by their looks. We also seem to feel threatened in getting replaced by robots if they were too much like us. So what can one do to create a more visually appealing robot? Here are some thoughts.
Pinterest was an phenomenal idea of a social media website, carried out on a mediocre platform that is poorly executed and maintained, sometimes even pathetically. Here are seven simple and feasible suggestions on what Pinterest could really do if it wants to improve itself. These should be options a user could enable, rather than something forced on the user.
Do you have some fashion philosophies? Some guidelines or trends by which you buy/make clothes? I do, and I share mine below in summary of an overarching philosophy, elaborating on each element later.
If you don’t have some fashion philosophies, you might consider formulating some. You can develop it by thought, or start by analyzing what you have in your closet, and deciding what you might like to change. What you wear does make an impression and does form some portion of your identity. Not having some conscious fashion philosophies is a bit like not having an identity for which you have some say in. Are you the type to run around without an identity you give yourself? 🙂
If you do have some fashion philosophies, or will be getting some, please do share. You can link to this post or leave a comment.
As of Monday (Jul 9), WordPress.com, which hosts my website, showed a full display from where people accessed my site, and not just the top 10 countries. Thought I give you a look cause it’s quite eye opening, and flattering. From what I can tell, the visitor stats are pretty typical of a day on my site. At 122 countries from 15,269 page views, I really do have visitors from pretty much ALL over the world!
