What’s Next for Marvel After Thorette and Captain Afro-America? Bi-ron Man?

Marvel recently changed the gender of their Thor character to female, creating what I call Thorette. Thor will still be there wield his battle axe instead of hammer so female Thor needs a different name as far as I’m concerned.

Then they changed the race of their Captain America character with a new black person taking up the shield, creating what I call Captain Afro-America. If you’re gonna be courting a new racial audience, you should be politically correct about it as far as I’m concerned.

There’s rumours Iron Man might be next. To that end, may I propose Bi-ron Man, who shoots both ways and will appeal to yet another audience discriminated against, the LGBTQUIC2SAPHO community.

My 41 Life Philosophies (So Far)

I have many life philosophies by which I live. By life philosophies, I mean principles and attitudes I really live by, not just nod when I hear them in the form of a good quote or speech. I have never kept record of these life philosophies, but I thought I’d take some time to write some down now to see if I had one for every year I’ve lived. Why one per year lived? Because I’ve long thought that if I could learn something valuable enough from life each year to turn it into a life philosophy, a life outlook and behavioral change for the rest of my life, it’d have been a good year for wisdom.
