Happy Chinese New Year! It is the Year of the Rooster this year, also sometimes called Year of the Phoenix or Chicken. Phoenix is an appropriate name as this cycle is the year of the Fire Rooster, if you add an element to the animal cycle. Among all the predictions pages out there, this one is the one most to my liking, and I think best for details, from the Astrology Club. Enjoy!
PTSD = Post-Trump Stress Syndrome
There’s a lot of bad stuff happening in the US. Not sure if they have a new President they don’t like or something, I don’t know. I keep seeing this Trump guy people are losing their crap over.
I’ll tell you one thing, though. If these people keep flipping out like this all the time for a year, or maybe two, when it all ends, I don’t think they’ll be able to just turn it off. They’re going to need therapy and treatment for all the stress they’re going to put themselves under. They’re also going to need a term for this, so may I suggest
PTSD orΒ Post-Trump Stress Syndrome
Describes it about right to me. π
I’m just going to lie back and stay above it all in Ca-na Land. π
Good luck, America… cause you’re going to need it like nobody’s effen business!!!
Security Clearance Style Friend Lists on Facebook for Privacy
All of my Facebook friends belong on one Friend List or another. These lists, numbered from 1 to 5, with a descriptive after the number, identifies how much access each person on it has to my Facebook content. That’s because with every post, I set the privacy setting to one or more of these targeted audiences. It’s just a little “think twice” check before I post, but it sure is effective!
Challenge to Delete an Old Facebook Friend for a New One
Like most people on Facebook, I have more Facebook friends than are really “friends”, even in the loosest sense of the word to mean a passing acquaintance. Despite this lack of any real sense of a relationship with some people, they get pissed off if you unfriend them. The egonomy is alive and well despite what the economy might be doing!
2017 Dodecalendar Printout Pattern
A few nights ago, I made one of the more interesting calendars you’ll find for 2017. It was put on a 12 sided rhombic dodecahedron, and thus called a dodecalendar. The idea was not mine. I saw someone carve one out of wood. I don’t have a wood working shop, nor have the skills, to do the same thing. However, I had the skills to create the same design on paper, so I did, and I thought I’d share it with anyone interested or who might care to try themselves.
