The changes keep happening to my life as shown in this third and final of three posts documenting it all, to keep the posts reasonably short. At least that’s all I have, or have planned, for now. This set mostly go back to my running, with a two week lockdown from a COVID outbreak as a forced change in my life, to go with my deliberate changes.

I’ve been making a lot of changes in my life of late, much unforeseen but still on my own choice and terms, not forced upon me. Some things just seem to be in the air for me to suddenly get into this mode and set off a bunch of reactions. This is the second of three posts documenting it all, to keep the posts somewhat reasonably short.

I’m constantly changing things in my life, usually for a good reason rather than a random one, or just randomly. it not only keeps things interesting with new things to try, but fun, and good for the mindset. Every now and then, though, I seem to change something that sets off a bunch of other changes like a chain reaction, albeit one I didn’t see coming. I’m in the middle of one now, and it is going something like this… because I’m in the middle of it. Here’s part 1 of 3 to keep things at a manageable length.
Why is My Blog Attracting Bot Blog Followers?
We’re barely a third of the way through 2021. Yet, my blog has already attracted double its average annual number of followers. There may be some reasons for this. For example, I’m blogging regularly this year. I am also sticking to a theme (writing) rather than random content of things I think certain groups of people might find useful. However, all that random past stuff are what gets my blog the most traffic, not my writing posts. The writing posts barely read by the followers, which is fine. I’m mentioning them to make my point that the vast majority of my blog’s most recent followers aren’t human! Rather, they’re like bots, or templated blogs using the same profile pictures, some cultural variations on a name like all French, and a handful of posts each in a layout! What is up with this, WordPress? This isn’t Instagram!
The Autobot McDonald’s Stopped in Their Drive Through
My province recently started a lockdown-ish to stop some newly uncontrolled COVID spread. Part of this was to stop indoor dining once more, though I wasn’t sure if that included ordering inside for takeout. I figured if it didn’t have to happen, then why let people inside and wait in lines, increasing risk of COVID spread? That’s why I figured I’d order via their drive through, but much to my surprise, they didn’t let me!
