Jogging Extends Life Expectancy for Men by 6.2 Years and Women by 5.6 Years?

That’s what the Copenhagen City Heart Study would tell you! And that’s no small fad study, either! It’s been ongoing since 1976, with the first set of data collected between 1976 and 1978, the second from 1981 to 1983, the third from 1991 to 1994, and the fourth from 2001 to 2003. There’s been a LOT of talk this NFL off-season about potential draft Robert Griffin the Third, or RG3 as he is more commonly referred to in a smaller mouthful. That’s great and all, but this guy hasn’t even hit the NFL yet… and there’s another very prominent RG already in the NFL!

That would be Rob Gronkowski… not exactly less than a mouthful of a name for some.
