My Fashion on a Woman

I’ve blogged about clothes I’ve made for myself over the past few years, but haven’t invested in money to get nice pictures of them on me. More quietly, among people with whom I talk about my clothing designs, I’ve told them I was sure my designs would just as good on a woman as on me. In fact, I “half-joke” they’d look better on a woman than on me if I could find a better looking woman than I was a man. I say “half-joke” because I do believe it to be true, though it’s not like I don’t feel masculine in it. Quite the opposite, in fact, with that band collar and yoke, I feel like I’m in some sort of military uniform half the time! It just sounds like I’m talking about my men’s fashion designs for myself being cross-dressing material when I say I think it’d look good, if not better, than a woman.

In the past year, I became friends with a woman who can fit reasonably well into my clothes. Kaitlyn looked it and when we tried some coats on her, it fitted nicely. A little difference in the bust and hips, of course, but my fitted clothes had enough room to accommodate. Recently, she came over to do a photoshoot in my clothes, as I’m a photographer as well (new Instagram account), and this is the result. I don’t have great pictures to compare me to her in them, but I can guarantee you I don’t look anywhere near as good as she does as a person so you can take my word she looks better. Then just judge the clothes on a woman rather than on a man. I think you’ll agree with me. 🙂

Interestingly enough, these are the best pictures I have of my wardrobe… and they’re not on me. 🙂

Family Guy, Disney and Penguins Facebook Tagging Meme Pictures

Please check out the 73 Penguins avatars and buddy icons created from the Penguins Facebook picture tagging memes below!

Here are some more Facebook tagging meme pictures I haven’t been able to find anywhere else easily, so I’ve put them on my blog. I created the Family Guy version, with relatively few characters compared to others I created thus far. However, I was only able to find graphics of those 8 characters with white backgrounds and that’s enough work to assemble them, label them and such for me on one post. It’s for the Family Guy fans, which I don’t think are quite at the level of the other meme themes (see links below), but I’ll let the download stats speak for themselves. It’s also for people who don’t have time to tag 25 people, or daring ones who not only have their family as friends, particular Parents, but will also tag them! This is also the first time I created a pictorial Facebook meme with personality traits rather than straight character names.

The other two meme pictures here are Disney characters and Penguins (somebody need to enlighten me on the cartoon franchise from which they came). The first penguins version I created. The others I only slightly optimized ratios and edited out one extreme expletive that was simply gratuitous, and it wasn’t even funny. I’m glad someone did the personality labeling for Disney characters because I sure didn’t want to try. I had thought about a Disney set but passed it up due to too many characters without prominent distinguishing personality traits. As for the Penguins set, not knowing anything about it really, it’s just included. Here’s how you get any of these graphics for Facebook:

  • Click on the picture below to get it at full size.
  • Right click on that picture and save to your computer.
  • Upload it to your Facebook profile.
  • Tag your friends (or let them tag themselves).

Japanese Human Anime and Manga Facebook Picture Tagging Memes

I did not create these, but I got them on Facebook and cannot determine their creators on the Net so I don’t have links to their sources. I did touch them up to give more contrast, line-up a few things, remove advertisements from sites which stole them and advertised themselves on them, and so on. These are better than their originals. As for theme, these are Japanese anime and manga posters, but those with humans in them rather than other creatures.

Here’s how to get these graphic for your Facebook fun:

  • Click on a picture below to get it at full size.
  • Right click on that picture and save to your computer.
  • Upload it to your Facebook profile.
  • Tag your friends!

The first is Bleach or Burīchi(ブリーチ).

The second is Final Fantasy or Fainaru Fantajī (ファイナルファンタジー, ). I’ll let you figure out what it’s about if you don’t know and/or can’t guess. 🙂

The third is a Merubura (メルブラ ) set that is sometimes known in English as Melty Blood, as per the Wikipedia entry (メルティブラッド ,Meruti Buraddo), is a visual novel and fighting game, co-developed by dōjin circles Type-Moon and French-Bread, originally released at Comiket on December 2002. That English name somehow just seems like a very poor translation.

The fourth is the Street Fighter or SF (ストリートファイター ,Sutorīto Faitā) set. Guess what it’s about? Of course, I should mention there are Japanese themes not about fighting and war, like the ever gentle Hello Kitty.

The final one is a Tekken or Iron Fist (鉄拳) set. It, too, is a fighting video game.
