There are many ways to reduce time on social media, from plans to the newly available time spent on your device (which maybe limited to only certain apps you can customize). I have come up with what I think is a rather simple, effective, and easily “measurable” method I know can work for me, while still be challenging since this is a challenge. Pending your “need” for social media, it may work for you as well, though you may need to do some “setting up” to help make it work.

Happy New Year, everyone! Here’s something innovative that’s really easy to try for 2019 that might give you a little momentum to do some other things you want.
Get yourself a sketchbook that has only blank pages and substitute it for your notebook at work, school, or wherever you take notes.

From the habits of Leonardo da Vinci, I try to come up with three things to be curious about each morning to cultivate my curiosity that is one of my Signature Strengths, of which using it helps keep me happy and alive in life. This morning, I came up with this question
When one is not wearing sleeves, where does the English language think one should wear one’s heart?
It references the English idiom about wearing your heart on your sleeve, meaning showing your intimate emotions in an honest and open manner. It references a common element in garments, which is the sleeve, but is not always found in a garment worn as a top, to which I then ask the equivalent of what if that element wasn’t there? What then?
Anybody want to suggest something? Preferably with a case for your answer? 🙂

Self-driving Cars will Be for Sex Ultimately
If you didn’t have enough time to have sex in your life, or energy at the right time, you might soon be in luck with the arrival of self-driving vehicles, or AVs for Autonomous Vehicles. If you weren’t looking for more scenarios in which you might be pressured into sex, then don’t buy one. AVs are essentially private rooms on wheels. So long as you don’t mind giving away a hint you were having sex on them with a bopping car, like the happy car during the morning or evening commute, it’s the ideal place for frequent sex outside a home. That’s not including times for when you’ll opt out of a hotel or motel room on your travels as AVs will deprive tourist accommodations of clients and income in the near future.
