Just a little something I’ve started in life today. It’s to spin poi, or podpoi, specifically. The guy below from Flowtoys who makes them gives the best introduction.

Some things people do with poi, including podpoi, are like in the videos below. It’ll take me a long while to get there, of course, but like anything else, some basics can be learned fairly quickly and make a decent impression to start. Law of Diminishing Returns, if you will.

Enjoy, and look into trying poi if you can. You can start out with sock poi you can make at home like in the video below if you don’t want to invest in podpoi to start!
