NORTH AMERICAN VEXILLOLOGICAL ASSOCIATION (NAVA) 58 CONFERENCE FLAG
In a 4:5 ratio flag, the trapezoid & shield from the St. Paul’s flag were converted to a golden V with a blue triangle on top to resemble the NAVA flag. In the bottom of the V sits the St. Paul’s wings & wheel charge with a modernized capitol star hub, while the modern Minnesota flag’s North star shines in the blue at top.
