The flag is in a simple heraldic style with two wavy (lines) as from the coat of arms, and the cross crosslet of the same colour in between.

REFERENCE
Clark’s Harbour is a small municipality in southwestern Nova Scotia, and home of the famous Cape Islander lobster and fishing boat design. The town has its own coat of arms (pic 2), from where this ninth and final design takes its symbols.
