These Hello Kitty and Sanrio character backgrounds are 320 pixels wide and 480 pixels high. They fit the iPhone, iPod, iPod Touch and some HTC smart phones, among others that also uses a 320×480 pixel vertical background.

There are 40 Hello Kitty and Sanrio characters, each on white, pink and blue backgrounds, for a little variety in taste that people have. Characters are in alphabetical order.

I have chosen to put the characters together rather than all the backgrounds together because I think people know which character they want and will go for that, then decide which of the three they want, scrolling through. If you decide you don’t want the characters you chose, to easily get to another one, click in the title at the top left as you view to get back to the post and gallery. Then pick out another character to save a whole bunch of clicks to flip through 3 versions of each character in between.

I’m not sure how you load up a background on an iPhone, iPod or iPod Touch as I don’t have one, but if you need the file by itself, just click on the enlarged picture.
