That’s what I do in these Star Trek pajamas I designed with cuffs and epaulettes, and pant pockets, even!
TRANSFORMERS PJs and Uniform
Pics of me in this garment… only 2 years after. 🙂
As a guy who struggles with finding good fabrics to make great clothes, I sometimes have to resort to some extremes. This time, I went to curtains. I saw the Transformers curtains in the picture below and had a vision I could make something like what I did out of it. A set of PJs that are light and not “PJ looking” enough I could wear outside during the summer! And I had a new way of presenting it, too!
Nothing special here. Just a nice flannel print of Peanuts cartoon characters, then and now, sewn into a very comfortable, but form fitted set of pajamas. I need to get myself a photographer to show how nicely these things fit, and so I don’t have to stand in awkward stances to get selfies.
Slowly but surely, I am replacing pretty much my entire visible wardrobe (no socks and underwear or undershirts, basically).
KLPJs (aka Kal-El Pajamas, aka My Super Sleep Uniform)
I just made this set of pajamas (PJs) from a baby bolt I found at Wal-mart made by Camelot Fabrics. You can click on the image to enlarge and see more details.
The MUSLIN Pajama Top
I am currently on another round of dress shirt fitting for myself with help from others, so I’d be making some muslins till I get it right. Seeing how many I went through on the last round of self fitting, and knowing I’d be starting much closer to the end product this time, I got the brilliant idea of making muslins out of flannel, and seeing them through to the finish to be pajama tops!
