I’m no gourmet cook, but I eat simple and healthy. People ask me for recipes of certain dishes I make when I tell them about it, usually related to food beneficial for my marathon training. Since I share those recipes with them digitally, I figure I might as well put them on my site so I can just send a link, and so others who may be interested can try them. Maybe they’ll change something about the way they eat. Some people have changed the way I’m eating. It’d be an honour if I could pass on their influence to others.

So far, I have only posted a handful of quinoa related recipes so there aren’t a lot of links here. More will be coming, though!
